Global coffee giant Starbucks opens its first store in Argentina, located in Alto Palermo Shopping Center, Buenos Aires.
The new store will introduce new beverages tailored to the local palate: Dulce de Leche Latte, Frappuccino(R) blended beverage, Mate Latte, media luna croissants, alfajores (chocolate cookies filled with Dulce de Leche), and sandwiches de miga (crust-less finger sandwiches).Starbucks already has coffee stores in seven Latin American countries including neighboring Chile and Brazil.
